Rota Nanny

A Rota Nanny works full-time, on a live-in basis, and provides continuous and dedicated care for your child over a full 24-hour period.  

Their childcare role is commonly split between two nannies working two weeks on - two weeks off.

Rota nannies are popular with our HNW / UHNW and VIP families, and they often travel with you and will care for the children in different locations around the world.

Rota nannies work together as a team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of your child’s care.

The Role of a Sunrise Nanny

We understand the requirements of every family are unique. We listen to your needs to ensure we find the right nanny for you.

The role of your Sunrise Rota Nanny will typically include:

·       Supporting the 24-hour routine for your family, including night times

·       Responsibility for children's diary management

·       Arranging an educational and age appropriate day

·       Preparing healthy, nutritious meals

·       Taking children to activities, play dates, events and school

·       Nursery duties such as children’s laundry

·       Organising children's wardrobes and packing for trips away

·       Tidying and organising children’s bedrooms and/or playrooms

Hours

A Rota Nanny supports your family 24-hours a day.

Their childcare role is commonly split between two nannies working two weeks on - two weeks off.

However, rota nannies can work a number of different shift patterns, and the number of days/weeks of rotation is flexible, depending on the needs of your family.

Rates

Our rota nanny roles are filled by nannies with the highest level of professional experience.

Typically, a rota nanny will receive a salary of between £65,000-£90,000 per year. ‍

Registration Fee

There is a charge of £30 to register with Sunrise.

As soon as you’re registered, we can use our network of vetted nannies to fill your childcare vacancy.

Agency Fees

You will only pay agency fees once we have successfully placed a nanny for you.

Rota Nanny fees:  Our fees for a Rota Nanny are set at 10% of your nanny’s annual gross salary.
